[cpif] OpenID en producción

Desde hace unos minutos tenemos OpenID en producción en CPIF. Al hacer
"login" os aparecerán "novedades".

En este momento solo tenemos activado OpenID Álvaro y yo. Si alguien más
quiere probarlo y no quiere esperar a que pueda editar su perfil para
ponérselo él/ella mismo/a, que me avise y se lo activamos "a mano".
