[IRC-DEV] RV: DALnet-src: Channel Mode +R

Hola,

	Un comentario interesante en Dalnet en cuanto al modo +R. Proponen que, cuando se deniega la entrada al canal, en vez de responder con un "Not using registered nick" (allí), se responda con algo al estilo "Not using registered nick, visit/go web/channel for help". Creo que se capta la idea mejor leyendo el mensaje original. Podría ser interesante este tipo de cosas de cara a la migración masiva a nick2.
