[pybsddb] 4.6.4 preview

I just finished the initial support for Replication Manager in pybsddb.
I will support the full replication API "soon", but you can give a try
to replication manager for now.

Beware:

1. Download only this particular revision (429).

2. To use Replication Manager, you must compile Berkeley DB with a
particular set of parameters. For example, it must be configured with
POSIX support.

3. If you test the code with Berkeley DB 4.5 and it seems to hangup
waiting for replication events, then you probably have a library version
without replication manager support. See
http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=646522 . Recompile
the library with the appropiate arguments. Berkeley DB 4.6 is more
explicit about the issue :).
