[pybsddb] 4.6.4 binary for Windows

I'm working on Windows with the Berkeley DB 4.6.21 installed and I'm a
newbie on this.

I'm particularly interested on using the replication manager with Python, so
I definitely need to use pybsddb 4.6.4.

I checked out the code from subversion and tried to build/install it with
setuptools, but I wasn't successful.

Can anyone provide the binary release for Windows, please?
