[pybsddb] Working in pybsddb 4.7.0

Oracle has released Berkeley DB 4.7.25:

My work in pybsdd 4.6.5 has stopped, and the code is transfered to the
4.7.0 branch. That branch become trunk, now.

I hope to release 4.7.0 in 2-3 days.
