[pybsddb] bsddb3 patch for DB_DBT_MULTIPLE support (from SVN)

It occurred to me after writing this that it might not be a bad idea to put
preprocessor if's around that block to test for a version of BDB whose API
supports returns using DB_DBT_MULTIPLE (I think 4.6 might be the first
version that has it in the C API), presumably similar to the existing
conditional replication support.

Best of luck with your plaster programmer's prison.
