[pybsddb] Exposing fileid_reset in Python [patch]

Hi,

I'm working on an application that requires access to the  
fileid_reset() method in Python, which is not currently available  
through the Python bindings. I've developed a patch against subversion  
trunk (attached) to fix it. I've also included a test case.

Is this the right place to post a patch or is there an issue tracker  
or something I should be using?
