[pybsddb] installation error due to swig

I was using version '0.6c7'. Upgrading to '0.6c9' via easy_install
fixed the problem and the install of bsddb3-4.7.3 completed fine.

Also, I was slightly confused that 'import bsddb' did not work, but
instead that I should use 'import bsddb3'. I should have figured this
out from the install output, but it would have helped to have seen
this mentioned somewhere on the website/docs.
