[pybsddb] Mutex tables getting full...

Hi,
I am using pybsddb on a web based system I have developed and mutex 
tables are continuously getting full. I have found the forum page at

Were you be able to get any responds from Oracle Support about this 
problem or do we need to remove and recreate the database environment 
periodically?
