[pybsddb] Mutex tables getting full...

I am not using mutexes explicitly. I am using concurrent datastore
product in an environment. After sometime passes, when opening the
environment via DBEnv instances' open method, it raises MemoryError:

MemoryError: (12, 'Cannot allocate memory -- unable to allocate memory
for mutex; resize mutex region')

Do you have any idea? Do I doing something wrong?

Thanks,
hasanyasin
