[pybsddb] Customization of temporary directory for tests

Sometimes user might prefer to use a different temporary directory for tests
than /tmp/z-Berkeley_DB (e.g. due to missing write permissions). I would like
to suggest to support an environmental variable, which specifies temporary
directory for tests. I'm attaching the patch.
