[pybsddb] Mutex tables getting full...

I have made some tests and saw that the problem is probably from other 
components I had used. Processes are sometimes killed out of my control. 
I am now writing a small daemon to check environments and make cleanups 
when necessary.

Thanks for the great work and support. I can provide web hosting and/or 
web site design for the project if you need. I will also be happy if I 
can do something, if you need/want any work for the project.
