[pybsddb] Win32 executable installer...

Hi everybody,
I have managed to build pybsddb on windows xp 32 bit with python26 and 
berkeley db 4.8.26. All unittests except test_dbtables has run 
perfectly. In case of that test python.exe crashed and ntdll is listed 
as the module crashed. I will debug it later; but current build will be 
sufficient for most of applications I believe.

Please share any problems you will face.

Windows XP 64 bit, windows vista and windows 7 editions will also be 
ready soon.

We will continue providing executable installers for Windows for every 
distribution of the original library.
