[pybsddb] Installing on Windows (instructions)

Instructions on installing on Windows are confusing and outdated. I thought
I'd send out the steps I took to install, and hope that something along
these lines can be included in the official release. The instructions, as
well as the patches and batch files required can be found in this gist:
