[pybsddb] pyBDB, a series of helper functions for pybsddb

Here's a new github repo that might be of interest to people here:

It grew out of some work I was doing on a Raspberry Pi, recycling some old
code to enable the secondary index query functionality (a great feature of
BDB that is not as well-known as it should be).
