[pybsddb] 6.2.4 breaks pypy build inside virtualenv

In CPYTHON, virtualenvs have two header directories. One is the system
directory, a symbolic link. The other is "site". "Site" is local to the
virtualenv. PYPY should do the same.

This is not a bsddb3 issue. It is a PYPY issue.

If you don't agree, please send a new email. But first, please, think
carefully about it for a while.
