[pybsddb] berkeleydb on Windows

Hi,

I am wondering if berkeleydb module is available on Windows in binary form.
I am unable to build/install from the the source distribution.
I intend to use the module against Berkeley DB v18.1.40 on Windows 10 with
MSVC 2022 (19.33.31630).
