[pybsddb] Error message when install Berkeley DB Please help.

Dear pybsddb developer,

I tried to install the package with pip install berkeleydb on my WIN64 CMD
with Anaconda python 3.11.
However, I got error message as below:

I google searched and read all the posts from stackflow and tried all the
possible solutions, without any progress. I spent more than a week to
figure it out.
Please help, I really don't know what to do.
