[pybsddb] Error message when install Berkeley DB Please help.

This issue was raised as early as 2013:

And others also struggled two years ago with exactly the same problem:

So I'm not the only one, neither the first one struggles, maybe it is too
difficult to solve, or windows users are out, anyway.

In the website: https://pypi.org/project/berkeleydb/, it says 'OS
independent' under the operation system.
I suggest changing it to 'excluding windows' or similar to avoid confusion
before this issue is solved.

Thank you for your work and kind support. I really hope someday this
package could be installed in windows OS, so I can feel its beauty.
