[cpif] pytz and Europe/Madrid

I'm trying to use pytz (2007d), but Spain timezone seems "wrong":

Madrid timezone is CET, not WET. We are GMT+1 in winter and GMT+2 in summer.

You say in the webpage that timezone definition issues must be
redirected to http://www.twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm mailing list, but
the timezone definition for Madrid, there, seems right:

So... I suppose I'm missing something, but how can I select between the
different timezone definition for a given zone?. Selection by year, that
is. Europe/Madrid has several definitions and I would like to be able to
choose the current one :-).
