Nevermind, stuart. I just learn about the "localize" method in
timezones. Seems strange, nevertheless, that pytz don't use the year
when creating a timezone object, to "localize" the tzinfo. I know there
is some ambigüity when saving time goes on/off, but that situation could
raise a "ambiguous" exception... :-).
