[IRC-DEV] Cannot send to channel

Hola,

en un canal con modos: +smtinR , si un usuario con +h (un oper vamos) manda:

privmsg @#talcanal :mensaje

los ops reciben bien el mensaje, pero el usuario recibe una notificacion:

[nick] #talcanal Cannot send to channel <----- raw 404

creo que esa notificacion no deberia salir si se tiene en cuenta que manda
el mensaje realmente, no?
