Ando últimamente por esos lares, y me he encontrado que está
siendo probada una feature que me parece interesante... y al
parecer con exito. A saber:

Channel forwarding:

   +f (forward on uninvited) This experimental feature is
   specified with some channel name #foo. When specified on a +i
   channel (invite-only), users who try to join the channel and
   are not in the invite-only exemption list (+I) are
   automatically sent to channel #foo. Clients receive a 379
   numeric message which lists the original and the target
   channels.

Es decir, si ponemos /mode #linpeople +if #paradise y alguien
escribe /join #linpeople, sin haber sido invitado, recibe una
notificación y entra al canal #paradise.
