[IRC-DEV] RV: [Coder-Com] away not updating on remote servers

En Undernet hay un thread sobre ahorrar trafico de la red con los aways
y Kev habla de un modo de usuario propagable (+a) para indicar que esta
away y que el mensaje solo se almacena localmente y que para verlo un
/whois nick nick....
