[pybsddb] HEADS UP: Drop support for Python 3.0

I plan dropping support for Python 3.0 in the next major (5.0.0) pybsddb
release. The supported python versions will be 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7,
3.1 and 3.2.

Any comment?

PS: Python developers consensus is that 3.0 was a "preview" and that the
real production ready py3 release is 3.1.
