[pybsddb] support for set_bt_compress and set_bt_ maxkey

Hi,

I'm wondering if someone could add a patch to support set_bt_compress and
set_bt_maxkey methods on a btree db in bsddb3.

The set_bt_compress method is particularly useful and was introduced in
Berkeley DB 4.8.21
